Somersault Salt and Pepper Meatballs

I’ve done it again! Created a recipe by using some of Somersault’s Seed Nuggets. This time I’ve used Salty Pepper in place of bread crumbs to create Italian Meatballs for our Spaghetti night and it turned out fabulous! I wanted to share the recipe with you.

2lbs Ground Lean Beef
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Italian Seasoning of your choice
2 eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups of Somersault Salt and Pepper Nuggets Blended

Combine all the ingredients.


Separate into small or large chunks and roll into meatballs!

Bake on a cookie sheet (lined with foil for easy clean up!) at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy! You can make it for meatball subs, spaghetti, appetizers… anything!
